I used Cummins Insite, Cummins QuickServe (Cummins' online repair info database ), International ISIS (International Service Information System ), and some transmission software to diagnose and troubleshoot a couple of complex electronic issues on an International truck. Whether or not Insite is worth $700/year is up to you. Keep in mind also that QuickServe is a nice addition (for extra cost of course ) to help with specific code troubleshooting. It depends on how much time your trucks spend in the shop (likely a fair bit if they're '07 models ), and how adept you are to troubleshooting skills. It's worth it to me, because I get it for free.
