It has been my observation, however, that they are NOT worth the $$ that they want for those tools.
Bosch is currently trying to sell me one that retails for 10K. If you have about an hour to kill, and you're interested in seeing some of the things that Insite can do, click on this link: and scroll down a little and look on the RH side for "Sample Class Video". I used Cummins Insite, Cummins QuickServe (Cummins' online repair info database ), International ISIS (International Service Information System ), and some transmission software to diagnose and troubleshoot a couple of complex electronic issues on an International truck. Whether or not Insite is worth $700/year is up to you. Keep in mind also that QuickServe is a nice addition (for extra cost of course ) to help with specific code troubleshooting. It depends on how much time your trucks spend in the shop (likely a fair bit if they're '07 models ), and how adept you are to troubleshooting skills. It's worth it to me, because I get it for free.
